A Harrisburg man wearing what state police describe as extremely short cut-off jean shorts is accused of grabbing his crotch and making other obscene gestures toward people at the All-American Plaza Clark's Ferry truck stop in Reed Township, Dauphin County.

Edward Allen Duvall, 53, was intoxicated while making the gestures July 20 just after midnight, police said. He was charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

The victim, police said, is society.
