A Naperville man was jailed this week, after police said he slashed a friend’s face with a kitchen knife during an argument over a burned chicken dinner.

As WBBM Newsradio 780’s Dave Marsett reports, Andre Poole, 22, is charged with aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, and resisting or obstructing a police officer. His bond was set at $7,500 in DuPage County court.
