Rolling Hills Estates might not be the place where you'd expect a showdown over prostitution. But the upscale Palos Verdes Peninsula town has revoked the operating license of a spa amid allegations of prostitution. Crystal Spa bills itself as offering "The Most Enjoyable Asian Massage in Town," reports the Daily Breeze's Larry Altman: "City Manager Doug Prichard said the decision to pull a business' license is 'very rare' for the city. 'This is only the second one I've done in 25 years here,' he said."
